Fulbright Specialist
The Fulbright Specialist Program, adjudicated and funded by the US State Department and World Learning, sends select topic professionals to serve as consultants and co-laborers to work alongside local individuals and interest groups for a period of 2 to 6 weeks to offer other perspectives and solutions to successfully identify and manage the evolution of a community.
